Brassica oleracea spp. capitata convar. costata
.Cauliflower with tasty, yellow-green, slightly coiled heads that can be harvested continuously.
The historic butter savoy has a mild flavour and forms tender, light green leaves that are golden yellow on the inside and can be harvested continuously from the outside. Alternatively, the head can also be used whole in late summer/autumn. The curled leaves are used for roulades, steamed as a vegetable or in soups, for example.
